4×4 Services and Consults was born in January of 2018. Our Owner and Operator Jesse Cole has a level 4 Water and level 4 Wastewater Certification in New Mexico. Hence the name 4×4 Services and Consults. Jesse acquired his level 4 in water since 2017. He also acquired his level 4 wastewater in 2014. He has over a decade of experience in the water and wastewater industries. As a previous Public Works director, and also Director for Water and Wastewater, his experience is broad. 4×4 Services and Consults is always looking for ways to continue helping systems in New Mexico.
